"Mishaps of a Podoboo" is a 5-page webcomic that takes place in the Super Mario universe. It stars Podobella, a young Podoboo (a type of fire ball enemy that lives in lava) as the main protagonist.

Synopsis:

Podobella explains, through narration, the series of events that made her, a critter from Darkland, develop a crush on Mario, the hero of the Mushroom Kingdom. Many a time she will attempt to meet him and get to know him better, though most of her attempts end up in sheer disappointment.
